CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice. - Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50-100% of the reserved service. - A $15 late fee will be applied if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment. Due to schedule accommodations If your time late exceeds 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and charged in full. - A credit card is required to hold your appointment cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. - In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to a future service.
